She is the founder of Legacy Chain Capital, a thesis-driven digital asset fund built for investors who want professional exposure to the next financial infrastructure — without managing it themselves. Before digital assets, she built and managed a $122 million real estate syndication portfolio through Star Pacific Capital Management, generating an average of 37% annualized returns and winning multiple local and National Apartment Association awards.
In 2016, Kylie left land behind and took to the ocean. She has sailed 22,000 nautical miles across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Panama, Colombia, the Windward and Leeward Islands, Caymans, Mexico, and the United States — 17,000 of those miles solo.
Her investment thesis centers on scarcity — the idea that in a world where knowledge, compute, and information are trending toward zero marginal cost, the assets that retain and increase in value are the ones that cannot be replicated.
